The Golden Years Bundle

There are 5 specific criteria we take into account to check which players are entitled to get the rewards (only one of them has to be met at least):

• bought the Deluxe Edition
• OR bought the Ultimate Edition
• OR bought the Bloody Ties DLC (before the Reloaded Edition release)
• OR completed DL1 story campaign
• OR completed DL2 story campaign

It can take up to 48 hours for the items to land in your game.

If you don't find them in the game after that time or the website gives you an error while claiming them, reach out to our Support Team, please.

Also, attach screenshots of your save files in the game confirming your DL1 or DL2 campaign completion, please, if that's the condition you have met to claim the Bundle.

Lastly, please remember the above items are assigned once per save file and do not come with Blueprints, so be careful not to lose them on your journey in Villedor.
