The Epic Games Launcher is not configured to install the required redistributables.
Install or check if you have installed the following, please:
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2019 (x64) (or newer)

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe (a direct download link)
If the game is stuck at a black screen when launching it with the Epic Games Launcher - the game should open the default internet browser to bind Dying Light 2 to your Epic Account. If the Epic Games Launcher or the browser has been started as an admin - the browser might not launch.
A possible workaround is to close all instances of the internet browser, and then launch both the browser as well as the Epic Games Launcher as a standard user.
