No, unfortunately, add-ons for Dying Light 2 cannot be transferred from one gaming platform to another. They are separate products and, as such, must be obtained separately.
So, for example, if you own the Ultimate Edition on a PS5 and hope it will grant you access to The Beast for your PC or Xbox version of DL2, this will not happen.
